Timely or Quality?

Timeliness or Quality?

  • On time, with fill-in artists if need be.

  • Keep the quality up, delay the book if need be.

  • I don't mind either way.

QUALITY

There's nothing worse than a good writer teamed with a ****ty artist. If an artist or writer is slower than most (Hitch, Quitley, Ross, etc.), give them AT LEAST 3 or 4 months lead time before starting a story arc. Por ejemplo...if part 6 of 6 of Storyarc A comes out in September, then don't set a release date that's before December for Storyarc B.

But see, the problem seems to be that no one does that.

I got ask what DC was thinking if they thought Allan Heinberg would be able to handle a monthly after Young Avengers, like really? Its funny, Heiberg at one point quit the title because he was so busy but DC kept asking him to reconsider until he did.
