Tips For Quiting Smoking?

Or you could smoke an entire carton in a day, that could also work in getting you off the stuff.
 
36 hours and counting? Remember what I told you; the first 7-10 days are the worst. Get through that and you're free of the physical addiction and then the rest is all mental. :up:

Actually my friend was was a hard core smoker smoked half a carton as he looked at some nasty pictures...

Like a lot.
seems that 90% of my time was spent smoking and drinking coffee.
and then one day I just stopped.
I can't say I needed either after that. :confused:

Tip- don buy any more cigarettes.

like i said before, it's easier to have them with me and not smoke them. if you're not a smoker, or have never quit before, i imagine that's pretty hard to understand.

granted. well, as for me, i'm only passing along info that an old roommate mentioned to me - he used to do a stop-smoking "boot camp" with his missionary church.
 
I stopped drinking coffee in college as well.
the other day I bought an espresso brownie from starbucks and I was wired for HOURS.
goes to show it does affect the system drastically.

i drink coffee pretty often.

that said, a small (a SMALL) coffee from arby's strings me out for the rest of the day.

It sucked...I hadn't been wired in a while and I didn't enjoy it one bit.
one time I got a cigarrette hangover and I hated it as well.

when i first started smoking, i used to be hung over. it's worse then drunk hang overs.
 
1. Throw away all smokes you have.

2. Don't buy no smokes.

3. Don't ask to have or borrow a smoke from a stranger/friend/co-worker

4. It can kill you.

But imho, it makes you look so cool. :cmad: why cann't scientists cure cancer!? What are they doing? Having parties 24/7? Lazy Harvard grads.

(that's shot to hell too though..damn my healthy lifestyle!!! damn it all to hell!!!)

Pfft, my day starts off with a 24 oz thing of coffee and a 44 oz coke for whatever fast food I order for lunch, then I can end up drinking at least three bottles of beer...

Man do I hurt... :(

You need more water and OJ. Cut out that damn beer. Beer leads to...now follow me here...beer leads to you being drunk...which leads to you acting like an ass and killing brain cells. Got it?
