I don't know about separate teams, but it does seem to be going for a similar vibe with Dick and Kori being older and acting as mentors to the younger members.
though, now that you mention it, I wonder if Dick and Kori have prior history together and if they were both on the "original" Titans team when they were younger. Maybe Hawk and Dove were, too?
That team disbanded, the members went their separate ways, but now Dick sees need to recruit a new generation of Titans and seeks out some of his old teammates ( Starfire ) to help.
well ,no one knows what they are doing completely here.
it's just speculation and guessing .
but inthe comic's night wing was older then star fire and the one that weren't the founders with his team with arsenal and donna troy . and after star fire ,beast boy, raven and cyborg came on ,the origanl founders started a mentor program for younger heroes as I said which they did twice . and later started teach those that were in the young justice team making the latter graduates in the titan's as teen while the founders with the ones that were in the team star fire was on mentors to them.
Now as to what you said prio. I'd love to see the current blue beetle, but there that still the script barlanti was doing with booter gold and ted Kord the orginal blue beetle . so I don't know the odd's of the latino teen version showing up inthe live action version yet.
I do want wally to show up when he's not onthe flash . and he is an engineer inthe show .
I know you to pick one wondergirl but I want both donna and casie ther cause donna has experince being an amazone and living inthe normal day world with the weird out of place fish that they like to push withy dianna in most in terpretations and she's the perfect mentor for cassie .
Arsenal has government connetion's and both him an nightwing chose their code names to get out of the side kick thing. so the titan's is a place to not talking side kick's. It was always place to have them graduate from that And be come heroes in their ownh right before the league picks them .
the senor mentor's have all been in the justice league . next to Wally ,Night wing ,Arsenal , kyle raynor the green lantern and now cybor have been in Justice league . I think Donna was the contant mentor in ther entire series.
we may not be able to get cyborg but those other's that have been in the league should be mentor's in this series . the show should be about the others that are being taught to be come heroes as team.
But we'll have to see what the show runners are going for here.
