Castle alum Seamus Dever has booked a recurring role on Titans, the upcoming DC superhero series from Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Sarah Schechter and Warner Bros TV. Written by Goldsman, DC Entertainment’s Johns and Berlanti, Titans follows a group of young soon-to-be superheroes recruited from every corner of the DC Universe. Character details for Dever are being kept under wraps. Dever is best known for the role of Detective Kevin Ryan on all eight seasons of ABC’s Castle. He’s repped by Metropolitan Talent Agency and LINK Entertainment.

As much as I'd like to see the wonder years, Robin & Starfire come across as veteran members so they've likely expanded the roster ahead of time...much like the current movie adaptations of the Titans.

I love that they were in character for the picture. I am SO hyped.

and since that photo seems to be from on set, I'm guessing that's an indication of Raven's hair color in this show? seems like they are going for sandy blonde/brunette as opposed to jet black ( aka raven hair ) or even some weird color like purple or black with red highlights ( Rebirth look ).

also, it's a shame there's an age difference between Beast Boy and Raven actors. I really wanted to see a BB/Raven romance as alluded to in the original show. However, I do want them to adapt Judas Contract down the line, so perhaps pairing BB with Terra would work better.

it's just weird that Raven is so much younger compared to the rest of the cast. hopefully, they will add other actors/actresses around her age for other roles ( maybe Blue Beetle or Solstice? ).
