Yeah. That was one of the many things I liked about that show and I wouldn't mind seeing it in MOS.

Her being there and knowing from the beginning helped him adjust to having to live a double life.

Agreed. Not only would it be a refreshing take and help differentiate it from the Donnerverse, but as a bonus, it would stop the usual #1 complaint about Superman from the general audience ("how can she not know who he is?!") before it even starts.

definitely, could end up working out quite funny Superman and Lois together in the film universe when they're not in the comics anymore.

Precisely. I hope this is the case and all signs point to it. It would iron out aspects the public label 'cheesy' or whatever. She may not outright call him out, but the audience will know she knows. I wonder if there's a way they can address the whole Superman doesn't have a disguise thing? Hypnotism?

As long as Clark doesn't show up from a 5 year vacation on the same day supes returns from a 5 year absence, I think they'll be ok. Not bashing previous films, just sayin

Well, we know he'll have the glasses, so there's that. But I honestly don't think it would be an issue with anyone else but Lois, since she's the only one who has regular interactions with both personae. To everyone else who has no reason to even think Superman would ever have a secret identity, Clark would just be some guy who kinda looks like Superman. If you squint. But shorter and less impressive.

I like the idea of the Christopher Reeve easter egg because it makes the point that someone else could look like Superman besides Clark Kent. If Superman did exists, maybe a ton of people would claim to be him.

Lois knowing Clark Kent is Superman could end the triangle between Clark and Lois, Lois and Superman, and that would save much time which could be better used for the story.

After all, we seem to have explored all that we possibly could using that angle in Donner movies and SR.

Yes it's one of the few things that I LOVED from the show. I loved seeing them on screen together and her knowing/helping with his secret added more depth, chemistry, and bond to their relationship. I would love to see it...

The last few seasons of Smallville were pretty damn good IMO. Lois/Clark had such great chemistry. Erica was a great Lois. She was Lois as far as I'm concerned.

I don't particularly mind, but it's not her knowing that would bother me. It's just her knowing so early on... it means there is no 'secret reveal' moment.

On Smallville, she didn't know for years, and you did at least get that big moment of 'omg, he's...' which I always find really fun.

Well maybe she won't find out till about the climax of the film it'd be kind of like how pepper walks in on tony in iron man and her having to keep Clark's secret from everybody else would be pretty cool to see in the future
