I'd love to see these character posters by the end of the week...

Same here. Didn't Poni Boy say something along the lines that the character posters were a real clever design or original way of doing them? and that they would be out soon.

I can't wait for these posters! Haven't most of the pictures, trailers, etc been releases on a Monday so far?

Whatever they have decided on for new upcoming posters (however many of them there may be), I really hope they've been original and creative about them! I wanna see stylish epic "god-like" looking posters. Not Iron Man 3 wanna be poster art. Not good enough, no.

If you arrange all the character posters a certain way, they form an image of Christopher Nolan and Zack Snyder counting bags of money.

Where will they be released? On the site?

First I've heard of that image. Any description?

It was a great pic of Cavill in the costume, kneeling down, fist on the ground, looking ready to take off. The guy who first posted it claimed he manipped it, but it soon turned out it was an official image, with WB asking places like SHH to take it down. Easily findable on google no doubt.

While I (for one) do NOT think Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit to be the best thing to ever hit the silver screen (far from it, actually) I do however think that those movies' got some of the most beautiful poster-art ever created for motion pictures!... I would love to see the same kind of care and pride in developing posters for MOS. I think it needs to stand out in that manner. I don't wanna see poster-art/style, where I'm reminded of every other superhero film out there. Like Thor/Iron Man/Cap-A/Hulk.. Yeah. Basically every one included in the Avengers...

While many had problems with the teaser-poster of supes in handcuffs, I found it both original, striking, stylish and thought provoking. I hope they continue this with the upcoming theatrical posters.

I agree, it was very unique and not just more of the same. I can't wait to see the new ones.

The concept was great - the execution was slightly off in my view.

Well...I think I'm pretty good at googling and it wasn't easy...but you can find it if you search enough...

I recall some complaining over the lighting looking weird, and some other stuff. I loved it though. It looked "raw", so to speak. Not your typical Thor or Iron Man polished poster. That's, among other things, what I dug about it.

Imagine a poster with boy Clark standing in the barn with Pa Kent, looking at his Kryptonian spaceship, with a lost sad look in his eyes. Tag-line reads:
"THE LAST SON OF KRYPTON IS NOT ALONE".

Yeah, I know, it would be awesome!:woot: no, seriously though. My point is only this. It seems so easy to come up with cool, original and eye-striking poster concepts. Yet still, most of the time, we end up with getting boring, not creative looking posters. Same typical thing. Like LOGO-posters! Could it be any more dull?

Why did I never hear about it?

Oooooh wait, you mean the pic that I was using as my facebook cover art for ages :funny:

I was just still under the impression it was an impressive manip, not that we were suspecting it was real...

I remember how the guy told some of our best manippers how you just have to use Google to find the pics he used to piece that pic together. He's now a total *****e. :awesome:

I don't understand WB's gripe with that image. It is in no way an overly spoilery image of the suit, THE CROTCH IS STILL IN DARKNESS SO THE PURISTS DON'T GET UPSET.
There have been far more revealing images that have surfaced... WB works in mysterious ways.

It was an unrelease image that WB didn't want released yet.Simple.Purist?Everybody and they mama know he don't wear the red underwear in this movie.

They were probably planning it for Superman's character poster or as a promotional banner to hang in theaters.
