Legend and Anniversary were a definite improvement, looking forward to this one.
I still need to finish Anniversary. I got stuck in the Cistern level and stopped playing there
I will embrace this game with all my love.
im well excited for this game
She can ride her bike anywhere.
she can ride my bike anyware to..
Whose voice was that at the end?
im guessing the evil chick from Legend...
has to be Amanda again, especially becasue the story deals with Avalon
Demo's up on Xbox LIVE!
I played the demo last night....really liked it and it seems as if the challenging nature of the puzzles and platforming have remained.....take a look before you leap approach...
Legend got me back into Tomb Raider after the 2nd or 3rd PSOne game....this seems a marked improvement...though it seems they took away the bounce off the enemy slow mo feature....
Just to clarify, the voice at the end of the trailer was Natla, the villain from TR1/TR:A. She never died.
Ditto. Loved it as well. Seems to be ditching the linear dumbed-down style of Legend and going back to a more classic TR approach. I managed to glitch my way down into the courtyard area with the giant Shiva and Kali statues. It feels really big when you get down there.
btw, the rilly awesome TV spot has been leaked!!
N E body know what music that is under the spot? I like it, along with the kick butt promo.
I've been playing Anniversary and it's so much better than Legend. Like....it made Legend feel kinda crappy compared to the greatness of Anniversary.
I'm really hoping Underworld is more like the latter.
Gorecki by Lamb. The lyrics are very fitting for Lara in this game.
"all I've known
all I've done
all I've found
was leading to this
I wanna stay right here...."
I know exactly what you mean. Anniversary is such a better game than Legend in nearly every aspect, except graphics obviously. According to numerous previews, reviews, and CD themselves, Underworld is more like Anniversary with a bigger emphasis on non-linear exploration and puzzle-solving, than Legend. That makes me so happy.
Dude, I really wanted to hear that
I love the engine and all, but the more I played Legend, the more it annoyed me.
I did not like the shoehorned combat sequences, and the lack of puzzles.
Graphics be damned, Anniversary is a much superior game.
Looks like I'll be getting Underworld then t:
woo! So refreshing to see someone who prefers exploration and puzzles to mindless shooting.
Just a week to go till I finally have this game in my greedy hands.
Hey, I do love mindless shooting in my games....just don't include it in a Tomb Raider game
reviews are starting to come in. All 9s, 8s, 90s, and high 80s. XDXD
Is this game going to address what happened in the end of TR: Legend?
NICE, I HAVE THE GAME PREORDERED, I HAVE ALL OF THE PREVIOUS GAMES, SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS ONE!!!up: BLAS YOU OLD SCUMBAG, I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM YOU IN A WHILE, HOW'S IT GOING DUDE???up:
