Too CGI heavy?

CGI in this film is some of the best I've seen... love it and wouldn't change a thing. You could not do those scenes without CGI... MOS is my all time favorite CBM now...

I'll admit, the dudes LOOKED real. But the capes were a TAD cartooney..it's just like.. A COMIC BOOK!

Comics are cartoons made for an older audience. So I relished seeing Faora smack Superman away, and Superman sending Zod to space, I also enjoyed the setpiece of the Museam fight, though I don't like how it had to end.

The Metropolis fight had some could parts, but it DID get repetitive. And I'm glad they switched back to the pretty night skyline for the final shot. I think Zack MIGHT actually listen to his fans ;)

The capes looked like capes. What do people mean by "cartoony"?

You know what I would love to see just for ****s n giggles? Man of Steel Supes vs. Avengers Hulk. That would be fantastic to me.

It'd probably be the most amazing, the loudest, and the most CGI-heavy fight scene the silver screen has ever witnessed.

Meh, even Sue Storm kicked the Hulks ass one time....not a big deal. :cwink:

You can't make these type of films without heavy CGI. We got the Superman we needed/wanted I don't understand the criticism. EPIC was no lie, huge the way it should be. It's like the people complaining "not enough romance". Think of it as setting the foundation.....wait till the sequel!

When you're dealing with Kryptonians fighting eachother, flying and doing epic things, there's not much you can do practically. Actually, there are times where you can see Snyder really tried to do as much practically as possible with some insert cuts of the fighting.
