Well, that is just a fraction of the old Nightwish music when Tarja Turunen was in the group. They have since found a new singer after Tarja was fired via open letter (Harsh huh?) who is called Anette Olzon. On the album she sounds, standard, not operatic like Tarja. But live she sounds awful in my opinion. Check out alot of Nightwish with Anette singing vocals. I nearly cried when I heard Anette sing Slaying the Dreamer. I think she was singing in octaves only cats and dogs can hear.

Yeah, I have been into Cancerslug for quite a while. My band was going to open for them but they ended up canceling their Minnesota tour date. We did get open for the Misfits last year during their 30th anniversary tour. They were terrible and when we tried to talk to Jerry Only he told us to **** Off.

Sure the quality of their recordings sucked, but their songs are excellent. Static Age is an amazing album.
They got popular for their campy horror/sci-fi songs but the best work (IMO) is the early dark and violent music. Which Danzig went back to when he started Samhain.
