Well, I doubt it's a battle suit with Ponytails. I reckon she's a full-on android or cyborg (or both according to DBZ) The idea of a Transformer turning human is interesting and in some cases, makes more sense than becoming a motorcycle or whatever. Also, and this is probably nothing, Sari is Arcee with the "s" sound in front.

I'm probably going to watch the third season more than the last two. The first season lost me with the human supervillains, but what I've caught of the second season was pretty decent.

Does it look like her pigtails sticking out of a helmet to you? It doesn't matter how logical it is, this show has robots with beards for God's sake. My reason may fail in the logic department, but no more than this show's does. At least my eyes can detect the cartoonish texture of human hair.

To be fair, the term jinzoningen is used in Japanese to refer to artificial humans in general. That's why all of Dr. Gero's humanoid creations fell under that designation. So it's not all that incorrect to go with the variations Android 17 or Cyborg 18, as FUNimation did. Plus, those two were the only ones with a human template, so one would be correct to refer to Nos. 8 to 16 as well as 19 as androids (20 is more of a murky debate).

It does to me....even if its a bit covered as well...a thin sheet over the hair kind of thing.

Remember this shows animators tend to "Stylize" things a bit to much....they did the same with teen Titans in a few episodes making robin's cape work like real bird wings.
