CHUD has posted an interesting story on how Megatron might return in Michael Bay's Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, opening in theaters on June 26, 2009. Here's a clip:
OK, I don't think there's a soul out there who will be surprised when Megatron returns in Transformers 2. If the current incarnation of the script follows the beats of a previous incarnation (which did not feature The Fallen), Megatron may be getting brought back by the Autobots, who need him to conquer the new menace. But I've learned that this time he won't be that weird alien jet.
Go here for more on this.

It's way too soon to for a "goodguys & badguys team up to defeat a common enemy" for this franchise isn't it?

Which is why it's even more wrong, it's been done countless times before, it's unoriginal, and they will destroy any intensity and conflict they built upon in the first.
True, unless they really play up the 'looking over your shoulders' aspect of the team up, which Blade 2 and X2 really didn't display that well.
.It would only be worth it to see one of the Decepticon flyers carrying one of the Autobots into battle, and possible contemplation or actual dropping them once they're finished.
Cause god forbid you know being a young kid he made a mistake. Or that he's a normal human being, with depression issuses. Damn him, I'm mad about my Transformers movie.Damn, what a *****e. Right in the middle of making a GIANT summer blockbuster, and he's partying like it's 1999.![]()

Are you only allowed a certain number of mistakes in this life? Let alone by the ripe OLD age of 22.Yeah, mistake number 50. Putting lives in danger, putting jobs on hold, costing money. MY bad. :whatever

I didn't say that ... yeah he broke the law, no one is arguing there. But he obviously has personal issues, and he's foolishly and dangerously dealing with them. It happens, have alittle more respect and sympathy. Honestly, you're mad because it's affecting a damn movie. I think you're being over judgemental about this kid. I'd love to see how some of you'd respond to th eintense pressure at that age, and the second you mess up have all kinds of clowns getting on your case.Yeah, by all means let him go crazy since he's young. Laws be damned.
