that's just the xtra small toy version. I'm sure the movie version will look mutch better.

I'm confident it will look much better on screen and perhaps with a Voyager class toy. Take a look at some of the first movie toys, their quality wasn't exactly great either, but they were a lot more fleshed out on screen. I actually have some faith in the designers

He is an Autobot, but he's with the Decepticons first. He doesn't agree with their methods of killing and violence to achieve their goals. I suspect they're advertising him as one of them, but he turns about halfway or towards the movie's end.

I HOPE to god that is in the movie as I would love to see that on screen.

That article says that Springer is in the movie. Please, let it be true.

Yeah, I'm not really feeling the design at the moment, but i'll wait and see what he is like in the movie. Bit of a dissapointment for one of my favourite characters though.

If that's not mistransfomed, it basically means Jetfire is just carrying Optimus. I've been hating the idea of a combined mode for Jetfire and Optimus for a long time now, but if he's basically carrying Optimus around on his back, that's ok with me. It's not a cheesy combined mode that should make no sense within the story, especially since Optimus and Jetfire start out from different factions.

I'm assuming that due to his damage in the first movie, he lost his ability to fly as a Cybertronian jet. Then he was dumped in the ocean along side his fellow decease Decepticons, which included Brawl/Devastator...so maybe he repaired himself using parts of Brawls body, namingly the tank treads and the tank torrent. Then again, Bay-Formers can 'morph' themselves at will (like BB did) to become any alt mode they choose of equal mass, so it's not such a hard stretch.

P.S you noticed i said Bay-Formers. Real TF's can't do that. It's a stupid ability imo, ala Mr.Bay.
