Michael Bay has just posted this up on SFTE in the last few minutes

Okay it's time to turn up the heat on Transformers - Revenge of the Fallen. We've waited low in the weeds letting all the summer movies get their stuff out. We've seen the great year end movies, and watched the upcoming clips of the upcoming summer fare. We've seen certain movies coming out even try to duplicate Transformer size robots in their ads. Please, come on.

Well, I promise you we will rock your world with Transformers 2. The fans wanted ROBOTS KICKING ASS - well we got it. Today we are releasing the teaser poster and soon the onslaught will continue with a steady drum beat until June 26th.

I'll keep you informed.

Hope Bay doesnt think simply 'robots kicking ass' will cut the mustard though, primarily I want a good movie with some good character that are explored in interesting ways. Basically, I want the opposite of X-Men 3.

Joe"; Sony’s "Angels and Demons"; DreamWorks Animation’s "Monsters vs. Aliens"; and Universal’s "Land of the Lost" and its fourth installment in "The Fast and the Furious" franchise. Disney is also planning to use the game to raise the profile for Pixar’s next toon, "Up," while a "Wolverine" spot is likely from Fox.

The movie blurbs will in many cases show off footage from the pics for the first time. Par has yet to unveil a single frame of the "Transformers" sequel and will use the Super Bowl to make the big reveal.
