what I wanna know is if you get the 5 disc set in the 1/1 scale identity disc do you get all the extras from the 2 disc 80s tron movie? or is it just the movie itself on a blu ray disc?

From Blu-ray.com they listed all the special features and I answered my own question, the 2 movie collection and limited edition with the identity disc will include the extras for the original Tron film

Tron: Legacy Blu-ray Won't Announce Tron 3, Will Reveal Tron: Uprising Show

A rumor was running wild a couple months ago suggesting Disney was planning to sneak a Tron 3 announcement trailer on the Blu-ray Disc and DVD release on Tron: Legacy coming on April 5. It was never confirmed and now new evidence suggest it was never legit, either.

I've just looked over the complete bonus features listing for Tron: Legacy and there is no mention of a Tron 3 teaser. This rumor now hangs by a thread that Disney packaged the teaser as an Easter Egg. That, frankly, would equate to idiotic marketing of a major movie announcement.

Perhaps whoever started this rumor in the first place did get an early look at planned bonus features and mistook a different kind of preview for Tron 3. Packaged on every version of the Blu-ray and DVD of Tron: Legacy will be a first-look at Tron: Uprising, the upcoming animated series that will air on Disney XD sometime in the summer 2012. It's specifically called a "first look" so I'd expect to see either some character or design art or, if we're lucky, some early animation.

Little is known about the plot of Tron: Uprising but it has a pretty recognizable voice cast attached including Elijah Wood, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Mandy Moore, Paul Reubens, Lance Henriksen and Tron himself, Bruce Boxleitner.

The supposed teaser we heard for Tron 3 isn't for an official Tron 3 movie but for a continuation of Tron Legacy for a potential sequel. It's like that final scene of a movie where they give you a hint for a sequel and that is what The Next Day: Flynn Lives extra will be.

Amazing! Finally, Tron's potential is recognized at a big-time Awards Show. That makes me happy. I'm proud of the film's nominations as well as the others for the Saturn Awards, such as Legend of the Guardians for Best Animated Film, one which both the Golden Globes and the Oscars looked past.

There's only a couple of which I would have done differently. Rookie director Joseph Kosinski deserved a mention for his spectacular delivery with TRON: Legacy. I would have placed him over David Yates for Harry Potter. Not sure why he's there. Also, it wouldn't have hurt to see Tron under Best Make-Up, with Quorra and the Sirens in mind. Other than that, I wish Tron the best of luck at taking home some awards on the night of the show.
