Yea if there was ever a movie that would be literally PERFECT for 3D... it's Tron.

It's going to be ****ing immense. They better start building the hype for this beast though, it's gotta be mega, mega budget.

Thanks for the responses, guys. Normally, I'd search, but I haven't been around as much and 1200+ posts can get tedious. It's cool to hear they're using 3D in a similar manner as color in The Wizard of Oz. That was the most responsible and creative use of movie-making technology I think I've ever seen. This was a must-see for me, but now it's a must-see in IMAX 3D.

Wow, that concept art is awesome. I can't wait to see the entire movie come together with the guys in those suits! I love the overall design of the suits and the helmets are a nice touch. Those neon lights will end up looking great in the final shots in the film.
