ok?? I don't get how they are trying to "con" anyone....it's a sequel for a movie that came out 28 years ago

releasing it summer would be ill advised because it would get lost in the crush of the blockbusters...releasing it in winter will help tremendously because people don't expect action films to come out at that time of the year so it will be a change of pace

just my opinion

He's still cracking on with the craziness that this film is trying to make people believe it is connected with Avatar b/c of the colour blue.

huh?? he does know the original film came out in 1982 and blue was the primary palette for the film, right?? and 1982 was a long time before Avatar came out

the backgrounds, terrain, the recognizer Flynn builds....all blue

the main characters...Flynn, Tron, RAM, the girl...all blue

I went back and read some other posts of echos....umm yea, he can hang out in that clubhouse all by himself

I have some questions though....

- how did Flynn end up back in the machine is the big one?

- why didn't Alan or anyone else either try to help or go in after him?

- the MCP is gone so I wonder what the villain will be

-i think we start the movie with hes kid. and how hes dad got missing. so i think we will find this through the movie.
- i dont think Alan was in the first movie inside the computer. hes program looked like him. i dont think he knows everything.

Watch the latest trailer, you will see the digitizer on the opposite side of Flyn's workstation, in the secret room.

I do not think Flyn ever told Alan or Lara what happen to him in the first film.

I have heard rumors Clu, Flyn's hacker program in the first film has gone rogue and now the new film. This is just a rumor.

Would you not want to go back in the computer world once you discovered it ?
In the trailer Alan said that Flynn said it will change everything, science, religion etc etc.

Completely agree. I feel like movies that open at the end of the year always get more attention since it is around the holidays too...just my 2 cents.

Agreed. This movie in IMAX 3D is going to be insane. I can definitely see myself seeing it 2 times back to back. This will be epic.

I've never seen a film in the IMAX cinema, and I'm kinda glad this film above all others is the one to "pop my cherry", if you'll pardon the euphamism.
