"You're gonna to get raped "
Seriously the first that popped into my head when i saw this pic

"These new suits, however, are lit practically. The costume repair shop had many of the distinct character suits (136 costumes total), all of which have paper-thin, radio-controlled lights integrated into the black molded rubber. The wiring is safe, and is described as being almost like silkscreening with light, run on nanolithium batteries that can power an electric car. The "lamps" are all Velcro so they can come off and be replaced when necessary. Sean's suit also has a built-in light disc, a parachute, and the legs have little round grenades in them, in case you're curious."

im loving these pics.

ohhhhh come on now. That's awesome man.
In an age were we run the risk of filmakers literally falling into the trap of almost just CG'ing everything, its nice to see some thought and effort still going into pushing the practical effect boundary's too.

I doubt theres any CG work in that pic.
If you guys are looking for the Daft Punk trailer music here is a nice substitute from ReeceAPrdctons on youtube.

I usually don't watch movies in 3D because I'm too damn lazy to get contact lenses and I wear huge nerd glasses, but I'm literally going next week to find a brand that I like so that by December I'll be used to wearing them.
I am also seriously considering dropping the cash on those headphones when they come out. **** looks so cash.

At the CEA Line Shows in New York City Monster took the stage to announce a ton of new products, the biggest announcement coming through a partnership with Disney. Monster has teamed with the media company to produce headphones inspired by Tron.
The new headphones are all black with Tron-esque blue highlights. Unlike most Monster headphones which focus on specific music genres, or for high-end clarity, these headphones seem more geared towards gamers. To help with this goal, the headphones will feature 7.1 surround sound, which is great for gaming, or just those who want to listen to music in surround sound. The headphones also feature an optional microphone, though it will also have ControlTalk should you not want to use it.
The headsets wont be out until closer to the new films release, and likely will be fairly expensive. Given Monsters previous headphones, however, theyll likely produce some pretty good sound. Even so, the Tron design is intriguing, and could convince some people to get the headset over some others. These likely wont be the only Tron-inspired headsets from Monster, or Tron inspired gadget period, as Disney seems intent on bringing Tron to many more products leading up to the release of Tron Legacy.
Speaking of the Disney Theme Parks, if you happen to be visiting Walt Disney World in Florida and going to the Epcot theme park currently or in the months to come -- look up at the monorails as they whizz by you overhead -- chances are you'll see that they are now TRON-O-RAILS, emulating imagery of the new light cycles from TRON: LEGACY.
28 years later -- TRON has truly come into its own: and the future of this great franchise -- with more movies and a TV animated series planned, along with new video-games, merchandise, and theme park experiences -- will make diving into this unique and exciting world more exhilarating and engaging than ever!

Don't worry, most contacts these days are really easy to get used to, so it shouldn't take you that long to adjust. Also:
