I thoguht this scene would be different, I always pictured some people walk in to the bar, look around and you see dent sitting there by himself, and they're liek "dent, is that you? I thought you were dead." (a dark and grungy bar)
he turns about 1/3, and says half...and then turns the whole, and they see his face..



mind you this way is a lot more realistic.

I believe its acid and an electrical current being passed through it that causes the tissue damage. I also believe that it won't kill you but simply make you stranger.

You can clearly see the big hole in his cheek just like the concept photo in those lightened pics on the last page.

Yup.

And, I don't know how similar they're supposed to be, but that's "very Chicago" to down a glass of whiskey that way.

thats what i thought too.....only the Spin of the coin at that part and he slams his hand down on the bar stopping the coin then looks at it and its the scratched up side then turns to the guys and says "Half"

Not sure if anyone has pointed this out or not, but the news scroll at the bottom of the TV screen reads: "National Guardsmen working with GCPD to investigate Joker's threat to bridges and tunnels."

Pretty cool! And if someone already pointed this out at some point sorry. There's like 3 threads discussing this video!

i just saw the slip and i really gotta say that i am impressed...This film has set the bar to perfection...the acting is superb and that 2seconds of music in the background really sets the mood for two face...i really cannot wait for this film any longer!!!

Well guys this is just a "teaser" There might be alot more stuff that happens after he says "half"...This clips just keeps us wondering and i like that

Even if Eckhart or Roberts hadn't confirmed acid, a fire burn is impossible. Look at his face. Both sides have gasoline on them. Both sides would've been burned.

But if that's acid, then both sides of his face still have it.

It does look like the concept art...but if you remember venom from spiderman three went threw extreme changes in a matter of weeks threw trailers...i think Twoface is gonna be the same idea...seriously though whatever dent looks like i kno for sure nolan is gonna have us wanting more

i actually love his voice. its not too dissorted or morphed into something absurdly goofy like a low frequency burnt throat al pacino like many suspected. This is sutle enough not to lose the genuine natural performance and character Eckhartt displays. A groggled firey voice might have been what some would want in a two-face, but i think in the long run, especially if he is a big player in a potential third film, we'll thank them for not going to over to top in the pitch and keeping some sense of humanity buried underneath the scars.

There's nothing wrong with the way Eckhart delivers his lines. Fanboys tend to want over the top or they whine. They say they don't want Tommy Lee Jones but they really do.

The clip is great.

Little late to the discussion, but here's my two cents: This movie's hype is so huge. If it lives up to half of it, then it's going to be amazing. If it lives up to all the hype, watch out.

Why?

If I want to watch a crime drama, I'll rent Heat or another Michael Mann movie. I want to watch a comic book character movie. You should never be led to forget that Batman is a comic book character.

If it is the Joker who scars Two Face / Dent couldn't it be possible since the Joker is known to use checmicals that he scares Harvey with some Chemical that doesn't react till later or when another checmical comes in contact with it? Just my thoughts.

Personally I want his face to look as if it were rotting away, its a realistic take on the character, so shouldnt the way his face look be realistic?
