Everything else has been flashbacks to before the fight showing how Wolverine got drafted to search for the Hulk through issue 1 (and that was pretty much all chit-chat), then Banner's story up to the fight through issue 2 (that had a little violent action thrown in).
Now everyone is up to speed Issue 3 promises to show the fight in full...

I'm a bigger fan of the DC way of doing things. They pay their writers by the issue, but they don't begin releasing the comic until every issue of every arc is complete.
