SMH, I just remembered I let my friend borrow my copy the other day since I've been too busy with some other games.

Played Multiplayer for the first time just now, boat load of fun.

Would it be better to play the first two games before playing this one, or can I jump right in?

That question gets asked very often and the answer is usually always the same. You don't exactly need to play the other two, but you should anyway because they are both awesome.

Yes you should play the first 2 and anyone that owns a PS3 should own these. They are amazing games but you might feel that the first one is a letdown if you play it after 3 bc that was released 4 years ago and the tech has improved so much. The scope of the games are alot larger now and it would be best to work your way up instead of backwards. Besides, while the main plots are pretty much self contained and there isnt an overall arc, UC1 serves as a great introduction to the main characters and the twists and turns of UC3 mean alot more when you have that background to reinforce your feelings for their relationships. You wont feel lost or out of place jumping into 3, but Id highly not advise playing it first if you can help it. The first 2 games are cheap enough that they should satisfy you enough before you are ready to move onto the last

Just finished the game. Way behind you guys.
It really was kinda slow until the ship sections, which, along with the plane parts, made the game, imo. I don't feel it was as crazy fun as the second, but it had a great story and really big cinematic moments. Feeling lost in that huge desert was really something else. I didn't think I'd enjoy this scenario as much as I did.

It was mostly a Nate and Sully story, which is fine by me since I really like Sully. I liked the main antagonist too, but I thought she didn't have as much presence as Lazarevic, who was an overall more enjoyable villain. Seeing so many spiders throughout the game, I was sure I'd encounter some spider monsters to kill in the lost city or that Marlowe would turn into something weird and ugly to serve as the final boss, but none of that weird stuff in this game. It felt more grounded in reality when compared to the other two.

I'd put this game way above the first, but still a little below the second. It is an outstanding game, but Among Thieves was a better and more epic experience and still my favorite game.

I'm FINALLY getting around to playing this game and I'm enjoying it alot. I just left Syria and landed in Yemen. The game looks beautiful, but I don't really understand why they had to change some the models though. Seeing Chloe the first time was a little jarring but I was able to get passed it, but Elena almost looks asian.

I have one question that I didn't understand.

In a moment early in the game, probably within the 6 first missions, we find a dead agent who appears to have been dried out. Nate asks what happened to him and I don't think we ever got an answer.

Anyone got a clue?

It was those spiders

Oh, I see.
I thought the spiders would eat everything and not leave anything behind.

I was just about to come in and ask this question, thanks, ha.

After Toomorrow when i am done with my finals i am getting back on some Uncharted!

Btw, beat this game on Crushing last night. I had a lot of controller-dropping-and-walk-away-to-do-something-else moments :funny: It was really that frustrating at times, like, respawn -die.

I will begin my Crushing run next Saturday and catch the remaining treasures.
I got 77 on my first run.

Damn, that's impressive. I only had about 40 or so on my first run, and I didn't get the 60 treasure trophy with my Crushing run (although I wasn't really looking honestly). Now I can enjoy an easy playthrough with treasures and weapon kills.

I stopped playing at that 'by the fountains, surrounded by fire-men' part, it's incredibly difficult, haha!

To be fair, I looked everywhere on my first run. I took my time. I was searching every corner of almost every room. I even got the strange relic.
I was surprised when I saw, by the end of the game, that I was still missing 22 treasures. I don't know where else to look. I'll try the Youtube videos.

I'll try the 75 kills without dying and guns kills after I'm done with Crushing, too.

Oh yeah, I'm affraid of this part on Crushing. It was already annoying on Normal.

Yeah, in my own words that I said out loud several times during on Crushing "What the f**k am I supposed to do!?! Are you kidding me!?!"

That and the cruise ship with the shifting crates. Advice, avoid the Juggernaut guy until the M32 Hammer guy pops up, then rush the henchmen for the Hammer, and kill the Jugg with it, and take his gun. I can't believe it took me as long as it did on my first playthrough that even headshots on that guy does nothing. Waste of time.

Funny thing is, I thought I was looking all over in my first run and I just barely got over 40 :funny: They must be hidden pretty well.

I remember finding the relic on accident on Crushing, I was just like, hey let me climb up a little higher for the heck of it... oh hey. *picks up relic treasure*

Yeah, there are a few creatively hidden treasures on walls and ceilings and stuff that you've gotta shoot down

The nice thing is the Tau Sniper will take them out in two shots, along with a lot of rolling and taking cover. It took me quite a few tries, but you will get it down pretty quickly.

So I'm sure some of you guys can help me. I noticed that there is 1 treasure out in the desert after the plane crash but before you get to the ghost town. Where in the hell is this treasure at?
