Is he killed in the explosion at the end of Under the Hood, we never find out. And was Dick Grayson killed in Bludhaven when that bomb was dropped?

No they all lived. Jason, Joker, and Dick are all around OYL.

Have you not read a comic for the last few months?

I've never understood why people didn't like Under the Hood.

I thought it was amazing and the best Batman story since Hush.
Jason was a very interesting character, I hope we get to see a lot more of him. And hopefully better written than in the current Nightwing.

I wouldn't quite say it was amazing, but yeah, I agree.

I think the premise was just so bad, people got turned off to it before they even started reading. In some cases, at least.

I LOVED it. What shocked me the most was Winick's approach--there's no robot Jason or Jason clone--the Jason Todd in Under the Hood is the real deal, and the story focuses on how Bruce deals with that.

And Bruce Jones on "Nightwing" is wretched. I don't like to be overally critical critical...but jeez.

Yeah, Under the Hood was great...the only good thing about the Nightwing arc with Jason in it was Jason, I like the whole thing of him trying to take over Dick's life in every way. It makes sense too, with his insanity that he would want to become the first Robin who he felt Batman loved more than he did him.

Jason Todd octopus monster is like the best thing about him in...ever.

I really dug Black Mask in this arc, as well as the Todd and Batman dynamic.
