We already have 3 X-Men films. It's time for Wolverine now. Bring on the sequel, and, after the fan reaction of Origins, hopefully Fox will give Gavin Hood complete creative control on the sequel, just as Sony is giving Sam Raimi complete control on Spider-Man 4.

It would be in the middle, so you could do Spider in red and Man 4 in blue...which is cool since IM2 is in red and closer to Spider and Cap is in blue and closer to Man 4

Or purple. Red + Blue = purple!

I must admit the problems with Wolverine really had nothin to do with the director. Gavin Hood did an amazing job with what he had. An already written script, cast...all he had power over was the direction.

Just got back from my second viewing, which confirmed my earlier opinion that 99% of the good moments in Wolverine involved Liev Schreiber...who probably won't be in the next one in Japan...

I don't mind a sequel as long they can come up with a great story and they can get a good director who can deal with studio politics. But I'd prefer they took their time and focus on making Magneto/First Class and X4 (one can dream) great movies before tackling this.

Make him more aggressive in the sequel, and chalk it up to the memory loss, and i'm all for the sequel.

I guess we could possibly get Kelly Hu back as Deathstrike. If they do use Deathstrike, i hope she isn't played by a different actress.

That would be great and she's still signed for another movie too so no hassle there in terms of negotiations.

Well.. as soon as I read "Wolverine 2" All I could picture was a giant FOX symbol raping X-Men

But you knew it would happen if Wolverine made any sort of money, and you knew it would even if it was a bad movie. X3 made lots of cash but everyone knows that was a horrible movie.

I'd also like to see Liev's Victor/Sabertooth in the sequel. Make him more feral and lengthen his hair- explain somewhere in the movie that the older Victor gets the more animal-like he becomes-thus tying him to how he eventually looks/acts in X1.

I say bring Singer back or I won't care. He's like one of the few people that can still pull off a decent movie, even with Fox's meddling.
