I'm getting tired of the "it's not as bad critics say". I dont care about the level of "badness". If it's half as bad as critics say, it's still bad.
Yeah, I hate that phrase. If people really think other critics are wrong, they will be firm in saying so. Classic films like Blade Runner and Once Upon a Time in the West were disliked by critics, but their supporters where very vocal about them being wrong. "Not as bad as critics say" doesn't tell us anything. So it is merely Ghost Rider bad instead of The Spirit bad then? How's that supposed to make me feel better? It still means it sucks.
