What the hell kind of stupid alien goes to spy on humans and thinks that hiding behind a telephone pole is the epitome of stealth?!?!? It's like that spy movie with Mr. Bean. WTF!?!?

Obviously, the alien studied that movie very closely.

I freak out REALLY easily with this stuff tho. I'm pretty ******ed actually, in as much as I will start fights with people twice my size, but grainy video tape freaks me the **** out

I get freaked out by that stuff too sometimes. But this is really not that bad. And it really does seem kind of fake. Yeah the situation would be scary if it were real, but it probably isn't and the video is such poor quality and you only see the thing for a second. The alien footage in Signs was a lot scarier, and that was a fictional hollywood movie!
