Is he the first manager/ring announcer to get busted for wellness violations? It's probably pain killers from the strain of carrying Del Rio all this time.

this might help explain it.
Man, Winnie Cooper still looks good
I think my brain just melted watching that.F4Wonline.com reports that Sting was included in those video packages for a reason.
Word is that Sting is once again interested in joining WWE. While he hasn't opened direct negotiations with the company, he has sent feelers to WWE about joining them. There is said to be a lot of confidence on WWE's side that Sting will be on their roster eventually.
I wouldn't mind Sting in the WWE now. Whatever gets him out of TNA.
If he does sign, I don't think there will be enough time for him to make it to next year's Wrestlemania, which sucks.
If Sting enters the WWE, I prefer him to be the silent Crow Sting that was so effective just prior to WCW's self-made destruction. The character loses its effectiveness the more he talks.
A match with Taker would be a good, psychological match. The two of them can just eyeball each other for 5 minutes and that would build bone-breaking tension.
Would also like to see Sting wrestle Punk, Cena and Orton.
From WWE.com:
STAMFORD, Conn. In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE has suspended Jesús Rodríguez (Ricardo Rodriguez) for 30 days effective immediately for his first violation of the companys policy.

Is it that time of the year again? could have sworn the ''Sting possibly signing with wwe'' rumour normally spread around November/Dec?http://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/wire/2013/0702/wire31832/110258/
Report: Sting Potentially WWE Bound in 2014
By Colin I. McAndrew(Featured Columnist)

As we all saw during Monday nights Raw, the WWE was doing title retrospectives for both the World and WWE strap.
During those vignettes, the company selectively picked stars to represent moments in time for each belt. One of those featured champions was former WCW star and current TNA mainstay Sting. This move was apparently premeditated, as it's being reported that the WWE is confident that the Stinger will be on its roster.
According to WrestlingInc.com:
If this finally comes to fruition, one has to wonder if its too little too late for the aging star. Dont get me wrong, Sting has more than proven that he has plenty left in the tank. However, the Undertaker-Sting dream match has some serious potential of being a letdown.
The fact is this match should have happened over ten years ago, but for some reason Sting was not ready for the WWE. Personally, I feel like he takes pride in being labeled as the best wrestler to never wrestle for the largest company in the world.
That being said, he is also very protective of the Sting persona and has been adamant that he is not treated like some unknown newbie. Obviously, too many people know who Sting is, so its highly unlikely that will happen at this point in his career.
Overall, the biggest benefit for both sides is going to be on the merchandising and DVD end. Even though TNA released a Sting documentary DVD a few years ago, it will pale in comparison to what the WWEs production company will be able to do. Especially considering, the WWE holds the rights to all WCW properties and can properly pay homage to his career with that footage.
In the end, this is purely speculation as Sting still has four or five months left on his current TNA deal. So any moves will have to wait until January when his deal expires, and even then we will still have to wait until March before he hits WWE TV.

I also hate that the majority of today's wrestling fans probably only know "Crow" Sting as opposed to the 80s/early-mid 90s Stinger.
