I'll just pop in WrestleMania 2000 again if I want to see that.

Call it my version of a reboot :p

I like WWE a lot better when the McMahons are involved.

But I think there's one thing we can all agree on:

I can haz shirt?

Oh yeah, I know, but the latter was a better event than the former. Just thinking of you enjoyment mate. :cwink: :D

Thanks. ;)

I think the most underrated bout Triple H and Rock had was the strap match at the infamous Over The Edge '99.

EDIT-- correction it was Fully Loaded.

No worries. :D

Yeah, that was a good bout too.

Daniel Bryan bumped into a familier face on their tour

I used to hate WM 2000 because Hunter retaining was such a fu**ing buzzkill, but when I found out years later that it happened because Austin wasn't healthy to do the run-in yet (which was saved for Backlash instead), its not so bad in hindsight. That fatal four way match is actually pretty good.

I wouldn't mind Rock Vs. Hunter one more time, but I'm just more interested in Rock Vs. Brock II.

I think the fact Bryan was trained by Michaels saved his ass from being in the doghouse. How many people can talk back to The Game and get away with it?

The match itself was good until it came down to HHH and Rock. How ironic? That's when the over booking really kicked in. Felt like I was watching an episode of Raw. I'm still can't believe how bad WM2000 was because WWF had so many other great shows that year and to be honest, I think Backlash 2000 might be my favorite from that.

Well, King of The Ring and Armageddon were crap too. :p

Personally, I really wanted to se Mick win the title that night so he could have had his WrestleMania glory moment. He could of then relinquished it the night after.

Armageddon 2000? That 6 man HiaC was pretty good though. Better than the majority of the HiaC bouts they put on these days.

The only really good match on that card. It was really cluster-****y though.

Linda said if Mick won we would have a championship tournament. That would have been cool.

I wish Colt Cabana was signed by WWE.

*Forgets Scotty Goldman ever existed*

Judgement Day 2000 was also a pretty solid show too I think..

Not really. It was great! IMO, WM200, King Of The Ring 2000, and Armageddon 2000 were the only shows that the WWF produced in 2000 that sucked.

I hope this leads to Disco returning for 1 match against Fandango. Disco was always a favorite of mine. I could never hate the guy.

Or a tag team. Team Fandisco.

That...sounds about right. But you can probably lump Survivor Series 2000, and Unforgiven 2000 in there also.

Everything else was gold. I bought every PPV from that year on VHS or DVD. That's when WWF was at its peak creative and wrestling wise. Wrestling felt like "must-see" tv.

Backlash 2000 was my favorite show from that year. Every title, except for the Women's belt was defended. Even the Light Heavyweight title had a great match thanks to Malenko/Scotty 2 Hotty. That top rope DDT to this day is still sick.
