Way too premature a thread. The Netflix series is technically in the MCU but there are no current plans to include them in the films.
This would be like an "edward norton IS the hulk" thread for the avengers in 2010.
Glad you aren't a mod then.
Crossover into the movies has been teased since the inception of the idea.
Even D'Onofrio hinted heavily at this being a possibility.
Unlike AoS you get a cinematic feel from the series from the glimpse we have been granted. All the actors involved are strong enough performers to be in movies, in fact most originated there.
I just found out the Vincent is 6'4!
How tall did you think he is? He's always towered over his co-stars and looks like a big guy. He's going to be perfect for Kingpin and he's a great actor too.
Any Spider-Man movie would be privileged to have him as he would add a ton of gravitas to that.
And I've never heard anything about him being difficult to work with like Norton, so there shouldn't be any problem there down the line.
D'Onofrio is one of the best pieces of casting Marvel has had to date.

So now that we have seen him in action and he showed interest in the two meeting how do you guys feel about the possibility?
i have gotten so far half way through the DD show. and i really enjoying him at kingpin so far. Yes the netflix show is more mature themed. But we have to remember this is all the same MCU from agent carter/agents of shield, to the PG13 films we have seen so far in the MCU. So there is no reason they couldnt have kingpin show up in other mcu stuff.
Ya I would just be disappointed if marvel doesn't have kingpin tango with old kingpin at some point.
