My design is simple. Two containers of half of the formula each, pressurized with helium, and shot out through a single tube, with, of course, a valve on it, connected to a special turbine that will spin it into a rope, or a web, of which I have no preference.

I was wondering about the valve I would use, I hadn't really thought of how that would work yet.

why half of the formula? Also for the valve, I know a good one comes with the helium tanks. Other wise that sounds good. There are many kinds of valves. There are button, lever, solenoid, and other types of valves. Solenoid is the type that peter uses, but there is no way that the solenoid could hold that pressure.

Because the formula I use will dry out and get less sticky if I use the whole formula.

ah, I see! What formula are you using symbiote man?

Anyway, I have redesigned my shooter to look like the new 2012 shooter. It is smaller, but it is missing a cartridge. One advantage it has is that it can hold much more pressure due to the size of the valve.

This is attatched to a metal sheet. That metal sheet can be attatched to anything. Nylon or leather cuff would be stylish, but metal would be durable.

I see! Thank you for the compliment. Any issues with it so far? It seems that with a bit of welding, it should be pretty easy to make, but turbine looks like it's going to be a bit harder.

With the flubber recipe, what kind of mods? Just curious.

Well actually more like a rubber cuff and PVC for cartridges. Except for probably the turbine, no welding required. Also, I changed my design. A button would work better that a lever, right?

As for flubber, I am going to experiment with vinegar and baking soda, gluten, super glue, cement, glycine and alanine, all the good stuff.

I agree with that. It does look very stylish. I don't know. Peter looks like a punk rocker now. I just hope that he is a smart alec. Glycine and alanine are proteins right? That's going to be hard to find, but you can do it. Try glycerine as a stabilizer. As for the button, it depends on what you want. A button gives you more control, but it means that your valve will be in your hand giving you less webbing to work with. I'm going with a lever because it's a simpler gadget the requires less strength to use.

I hope so too. I think the whole parents thing is a side-track. The thing that makes him interesting is HIS story, not his parents story.

Correct, they are protiens, but a stableizer for what? And yeah, I'll stick with the lever.

When creating a foam it is good to have a strong substance that helps hold it together. It helps cohesion in a liquid form. At least that's what I thought it was.

So recently, I've been getting kind of bummed out. With the current formula, the fluid loses shear thinning abilities. Compressing fluid about 1/7th of it's original size now is now near impossible. This means that one couldn't hold more than half a silly string can's worth of fluid. However, Peter Parker now looks like a punk rocker nerd. That means that he will always have a backpack and an emo jacket. Emo jackets always cover the wrists, where his shooters would be. (That wasn't meant to offend.)

Why don't we have mangaverses's backpack, with the blood spider's tank inside. The tubes will connect to the shooters in the jacket. If it were just in the suit, the tubes would look like veins, but it would still look like the right. Just a thought, since while we can cause expansion that makes the web visible, we can't compress the fluid very much. Actually, with the extra space, we could actually replace the cartridges with D cell batteries and manage to make a solenoid, but that's beside the point.

I totally agree. A backpack like Manga Spiderman's with Blood Spider's tank would defiantly work. As I am working on this for a Halloween costume, I might need to re-think which Spiderman I am going to be, but I need the fluid for the shooter to work!

So just to be sure, noone is put off by that idea? The tanks of fluid in your back pack is ok? cartridges are out? I think cartridges would only be good under the circumstances that you would rarely use webbing. You would need multiple tanks if you were going for a spectacular spiderman type of consumption. However, here's something I think I'm going to like about the movie right off of the back.

Looking from 1:40-2:14, he only used webbing once. He is doing so much wall clinging and parkour that he barely actually needs webbing. Apparently his fighting style won't be as flashy, or at least that's what it said in an interview.

You said that you wanted a turbine right symbiote man? Well, if you can compress the fluid well, I have a design for you. It's a design by a man of nikola tesla. The man was a complete loon, but he was a pure genius. He created a turbine that increased the speed and efficiency of a turbine engine without blades. Now only that, it can be made out of washers. Check it out, it's pretty cool.

you can find hundreds of designs for it. I think the article even mentioned one made of card board.

Actually, just thinking about it, the valve piece that I'm making can be modified into a mini Tesla turbine by an addition through the disk. It would also explain the shape of the watch band. Add a motor, and it wouldn't be too hard to convert it into a solenoid valve.

As you might have guessed, I like the Symbiote suit the best, so the back pack thing is a little saddening. But if you only use it once, I can do it without the pack.
