Marvel Films Werewolf by Night

This was awesome and my only disappointment is that it wasn't longer. Man-Thing was great, and it was nice to finally see them do that character justice unlike that crappy 2005 Syfy Channel movie.

I really hope Marvel does more stuff like this in the future because I would definitely be down for a full-length series of this and hopefully, they keep embracing the R-rated nature of the material as well.

Also, Laura Donnelly was badass, and I'd love to see more from that character down the line.

Love this idea!

Marvel needs to do a Darkverse anthology series. Each episode could focus on a different supernatural creature in this "dark corner" of the MCU...

Season One:

Manphibian
Brother Voodoo
Satana
Hannibal King
N'Kantu the Living Mummy
Danny Ketch
Deacon Frost
Phantom Rider
Morgan le Fay
Zombie

Plus one big Midnight Sons special every Halloween.

I know I'm greedy :D

They need to sign you up on the planning team. :cwink: This would be amazing!

Man I enjoyed this a lot, a really fun vibe with some horror elements also. Loved the make up effects and LOVED Man Thing! Especially when he
pulled a Jurassic Park Rexy move at the end
.

Marvel give us more please but also especially give us more Jack, Elsa and Ted!

There will probably be those on Reddit and Twitter who would probably think an in-universe documentary would be boring, but it would be affective. First it could take a tremendous load off the overworked VFX team (as actual documentaries don't rely on any CGI whatsoever). Second, they can fill the gaps for an established character without devoting an entire series or movie to that character. One of the major complaints is the bad CGI for a lot of these MCU shows and movies. Well an in-universe documentary would not have that problem. Marvel Studios could create newspaper clippings, TV/Internet segments (like interviews or news segments) and photographs for these in universe documentaries.

As I said earlier, an in universe documentary about Man Thing would be more about Man Thing before he transformed and when he was only Ted Sallis. It could also fill gaps among the superheroes and I mentioned earlier an example would be Monica Rambeau from the time we see last her in Captain Marvel as a kid until right before she was snapped out of existence when Maria got sick.

Another idea I had was an in universe documentary about what happened to the Howling Commandoes after World War II, even Dum Dum Dugan after the events of season one of Agent Carter.

Weird seeing a throwback b&w creature-feature horror x grindehouse style trailer, followed by the Disney logo.
On top of that ...a Cthulhu nightmare level Man-Thing!?

This looks so outrageously bizarre!

This best lead to a fun, hysterically over-the-top Werewolf, Morbius, Man-Thing, Satana, Ghost Rider, Legion of Monsters/Midnight Sons type, xover team-up.

Apparently Werewolf by night is appearing at Avengers Campus through Halloween.

Just have it lead to this please!

Although subbed Satana for Elsa Bloodstone, hopefullyD+/Marvel can make this team-up happen
Oscar seems to confirm he will play Moon Knight again.

x Midnight Sons Children: Blade, Moon Knight, et al.

Can they actually pull off, Gael García Bernal(Werewolf), Laura Donnelly(Elsa Bloodstone), Carey Jones(Man-Thing), Jared Leto(Morbius), Mahershala Ali(Blade), Elizabeth Olsen(Scarlet Witch), Oscar Isacc (Moon Knight), and (Ghost Rider) vs. Mephisto (Giancarlo Esposito), Into an all-out supernatural Team-up!?

This is the dream.

Really liked Laura Donnelly in this and Giachino (sp?) Is one talented guy.

Would love to see what he could do with Ghost Rider. Already considering re-watching this tonight.
Ghost Rider is probably the one I want most out of the Midnight Sons done next. Hopefully talks are under way for multiple projects after the reaction to WBN.

I think they'd just call it Midnight Suns. In more recent years they had already been dubbed the "Children of the Midnight Sun", and now both the video game and the new volume are called "Midnight Suns" so that seems to be their new gender neutral name.

I don't think Marvel will ever use Morbius given that they'd have to pay Sony to get a character that was pretty universally disliked in its current iteration.

I also imagine the villain would most likely be Lillith, since she's basically their original/main villain.

They should re-release Moon Knight in black and white (and up the blood levels a bit cuz why not)
Any shakiness in MK's vfx would be smoothed over by the grainy classic film look

I really hope Jack, Ted and Elsa start showing up in some other projects. Blade or a Moon Knight season 2 seem the most obvious.

I wouldn't mind if Man Thing joins the Avengers or is in the Kang Dynasty or Secret Wars. Maybe also a team up with Groot.

As for Elsa, I'd like her to team up with Jessica Jones.
