Yo Chaz! How are ya??? How's the editing going?? KNOCK KNOCK is a neat indie film Doug is involved in down in beautiful Bowling Green, Kentucky. As Chaz says, he's the AD, and the director is Morgan Mead. All in all they're a helluva talented bunch of folks, and this sort of project is what Doug likes to do best - a project done with love and dedication, far removed from Hollywood hassle and half-truths and bombast. It's a privilege to know these guys - they're great fun, they work hard and they're not in it for the dosh (although it would be nice to get paid, huh. ). It's a great script, and Doug has had the best time working on it!

It will hopefully hit festivals in time, and any support from you folks would be most welcome!

Sure, I just thought that this being about a movie other than the F4, then it could go in the movie thread. As far as the picture thread, they are of the cast of the F4 movie, at least.

Not only does she know him, she's his webmaster and she's just updated his website. Doug has confirmed he will be playing the Silver Surfer (like we had any doubts but it's good to finally get confirmation). t:

Now the question is, how are they doing him. I know some people are saying that SS will be CGI, however, Doug has stated that he's not wearing a green leotard or a mo-cap suit, so now we wait and see how that goes. Maybe someone will get a picture of him and post it.

As for the news that HM and I were hinting at that we couldn't tell you is that we knew Doug was supposed to start filming yesterday.

Hi, Chaz. I'm just a little Fan-Sapien that has had the good fortune of meeting our favorite fish, well I guess now silver, guy and got to hang out with him at SDCC. I certainly hope things are going well at Knock Knock since it's one of the few movies out there that we get to see Doug as an actual human being t: and I'm really looking forward to it.

I'm also looking forward to anyone getting any pics of Doug on set so we know exactly who's doing what with SS's imaging.

They belived some moron that silver surfer will be a guy in silver power rangers suit and posted that. I mean WTF AICN is so biased.

They juat hate F4. They never put any good news regarding F4-2 on their site BUT always put false or bad news.

You know what one day i am hoping FOX will sue AICN especially Harry and close that site or buy it and turn it into a FOX movie forum.

Guys, Fox is being as tight as a duck's ass under water about this, so any discussion on our part is superfluous. But I CAN say that the design for SS is seriously brilliant. And I mean brilliant. State of the art, cutting edge, all that and more. We'll probably be told a whole lot more as time goes by, but right now Fox is just keeping the info tight to their collective chests, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I'm getting the feeling the reason they're being so secretive is they think they've really got something. They're hoping for a big "Wow" reaction when they pull the cover off, and the less they say or show now, the bigger the surprise.

Ignore the Power Ranger quote, seriously. I can't comment on the rest of that article on AICN or on WETA and Spectral, but I think Willie's comment on the 'WOW' factor will just about cover it.
