What do you do for a living?

If this is true, i am glad you can use your skills at a known company. for me i enjoy knowing a Hyper is working for a big guy with money.

I've been there for 3 1/2 years now. I started out as a 2nd level desktop support at the original main plant in Hershey. Then, I transferred to our data center for the 3rd level testing job. The money is good and my managers have always been cool.

I work at a college library where I also go to school, im currently finding a 2nd job somewhere.

When I was little, I wanted to be a ballerina assassin

awhhh

I work for the governent, sitting at home, playing video games, cruising internet boards. Its a job called Unemployment. And I can not find a job to save my life, and it is starting to make me mad.

But before that I was employed for 6 years working at a plumbing company as an operations manager.

i was on unemployment for about a year. it was alright. they just give you enough to get by. i couldnt find any work either. i still claim unemployment every 2 weeks because they give me a bit of money to make up the difference because i dont dont make that much money haha.

Thanks for the reminder but I do like this smiley though, we're all legends in our own mind

What an awesome username.

In regard to the topic, I'm a student at the University of Florida. School is mostly paid for through scholarships and such, and I have a part time job at Regal Entertainment Group for some spending money. Free movies are the best thing ever.

I do bits of filming here and there for people, but I'm in the middle of storyboarding for my flick.

Some say thats being unemployed, I say that's the government paying me for a future quality picture ;)

I manage an mma/CrossFit gym as well as being a CrossFit instructor/personal trainer. One night a week, I'm a bouncer at a bar and occasionally I do stunt work in movies.

So do you just do independent work, or what's your story?

Let's see:

I'm civil service under DoD for DeCA as a store associate. Currently working in their Produce Dept so I can get experience and Grade/Step increases

I work in Event Merchandise at about 3 different venues here. I work mostly concerts, working for the artist(s) performing, selling their merchandise. Also do the occassional sporting event and the like.

I am a vendor contractor/stocker for 2 different companies. Fairly small contracts

I don't get paid for this but I am also a Little League Manager, Board member and I coach an AAU softball team.

I think that's it?

Ok so you're doing the Commissary thing eh? Can you really compare the prices at other local grocery stores to the Commissary? From what I know is that the Commissary would say their prices are better but they'll slap on the 'surcharge' to actually be competitive (GO FIGURE)?

I just figured out who you are, and the reason why you're not telling anyone what you really do for a living. You're the guy from all those Spaghetti western films right?

Oh, and as for myself, I do the same kind of job as Omar from the Wire.

That's a negative my friend :woot:

:wow: please CLARIFY the specified job, b/c Omar was known to pack fudge during his time off in his heists....

I'd prefer either (Stringer, before he got knocked off in season 3) or McNulty and his professionalism

I am an attorney by education, but no longer practice law. About a year ago, I started an energy drink manufacturer, which gives me more flexible hours to care for my disabled son. We currently manufacture two drinks, with two more in development.

Em, lol, maybe you should read your own sentences baby, as in Omar did that in his 'time off' as you say. I am talking about his job.
You're a guy right? Whatyauptotonightbaby?:fhm:
Got a little time off from this mysterious job you will not talk about? I got a whole case of fudge sitting here, and a massive crate I just gotta puteminto, maybe you could come over to my place and help me out with that sugar. Don't be shy.

Thanks bum, I'll take a raincheck

Stringer was the mastermind and McNulty was the consumate professional of keeping things in a full perspective:woot:

A 'raincheck'? Ok, correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that mean you are quite busy now, but will get back to me on that later? If you are scared, please don't be, i am very gentle, like Gentle Ben.

The thing is, I was not joking when I gave my job description.
I can only surmise that you will only talk about how you want to be like some policemen on television because you do not want to give out your real job description. Perhaps because you want to maintain some 'mysterious' persona(like your em, 'username') on the net, instead of sounding like a normal person. C'mon, it can't be anymore boring than that question you posed about buying wholesale food or whatever the hell you were on about.

In college for directing, but pay my bills via the Target corporation as cashier, cart attendant, food service member, and salesfloor team member. What I do depends on the day.

I used to be a water treatment operator....now I'm retired and stay home and take care of my daughter.

Quality Technician for a company that stamps and welds car seat frames and components.
