What if Punisher stole Dr. Doom's Time Machine?

I had actually thought about this one, a mini series where Frank Castle travels around time and punishes those who he feels disserve it. Ripped from the headlines type stuff, real people and real events, just put the time traveling Punisher in there too.

What If the Marvel characters in the 616 visited their other What If counterparts? (Punisher meets Venom/Punisher, Spiderman meets Captain Universe Spiderman)

I'd read that. Might be very interesting.

What If Spider-Man Had Been A Defender?

Back when Dr. Strange first got the Defenders together, the team consisted of members who had very questionable backgrounds in regards to how the general public felt about them...Hulk, Sub-Mariner, Surfer, and Valkyrie all had been at odds with humanity in the past. Misunderstood anti-heroes, if you will. (all except Valkyrie, iirc, who's first appearance was actually The Enchatress incognito)...even later "members" all had questionable pasts such as Hawkeye and Nighthawk...

The "team" had no charter or special rules, usually met in the good Doctor's home, and then went their seperate ways.

This would have been PERFECT for Spider-Man.

Considering he was friends with Dr. Strange LONG before any of the other Defenders were, and the fact that back in those days, Spider-Man was wanted by the police, and thanks to the Daily Bugle most of the general public hated and feared him, it always puzzled me why Strange never called on Peter for assistance.

I would love to see a What If with Spidey fighting alongside the Defenders...

What if all the experiments and accidents that created the Marvel Heroes, and villains, were reproducable?
So, for example, SHIELD was able to create as many Spider-Men or Captain Americas as it wanted. In SHIELD's case I would assume that all their agents would be Captain America like Super Soldiers, while elite members would be given the Fantastic Four treatment or the Spider-Man treatment.
But it would not only be the good guys who would be able to reproduce these experiments. Villains would be able to as well, and not just recreating the results from experiments that created bad guys but recreating the results from experiments that created good guys as well (only making super villain versions).
And still with all the power running around like crazy, I think both heroes like SHEILD and bad guys like Hydra would experiment with merging powers like Captain America plus Spider-Man or Fantaastic Four plus the Green Goblin, and try multiplieng the powers to maker a stronger and more powerful Captain America.
Eventually it would be culminating to a war between the heroes and villains, with both sides bursting at the seems with extreme power.

It would be called What If: Power Wars

Like, what if Spider-Man had decided to follow the same kind of path Sandman, Electro, and others took? Likewise, what if the Fantastic Four were bent on world domination in the same way Dr. Doom is? What if the X-Men were more in line with Magneto than with Xavier?

And on the opposite end, what if these heroes main villains were actually heroes themselves? A Dr. Octopus who decides to use his new powers for good. A Dr. Doom dedicated to creating world peace.

Might be an interesting thing to read.

It would be cool to see Cap as a old has-been who is not respected, fighting against the government because the new super soldiers are not worthy blablablabla

what if galactus ate the kree and skrull home worlds.
what if the x men(more so the mutant community) used thier powers in an industrial manner and took over big bussines.
what if thors broken hammer wound up in the hands of someone else and retained quite a bit of its original energy causing a kind of beta ray bill effect creating another thor like character whso power only worked with the hammer.(i like this for a young avenger)

What if Uncle Ben had never taught Peter about responsibility?
I suspect that Uncle Ben would have still died because of Peter's unwillingness to get involved and Peter would have probably felt the need to do something to avenge his Uncle's death.
But would he have still felt the need to become a hero and use his powers responsibly?
Maybe he would have continued being an entertainer on TV. But like I mentioned before, something would have happened to make Peter become the heroic Spider-Man he is now.
Or maybe instead of being the Spider-Man he is now he becomes a more dark and aggressive vigilantee.

What if: The super countries of earth united?

Early in his carrer Magento realizes Mutants are only the latest super powered race to be hounded by humanity. He then comes to the conclusion that his war is not between mutants and humans but between the different and the status quo. He convinces Namor and Black Bolt to join him. And then the Mole man and Kazarr. Eventually after he marries the mutant Storm even the Black Panther joins and much to everyone's suprise Doctor Doom. They form a Super U.N. and become the most rich and powerfull nations on earth.
