I think the bashing of Spidey 3 isn't the villain thing to me. Let's look pass the superficial stuff. It's just that the script was scatterbrained and less genuine than the first two movies.

Even if Carnage was in the cliffhanger, the movie needed a better script and less studio control.

How would a Carnage cliff hanger make a movie where Bernerd the horrible acting Butler delivers the line that leads into the climax, where Peter is emo and dances circa 1940 in a jazz club (dig on this), and where Sandman allows Harry and others to die but then says to Peter "Sorry guy...we good?"

It's ridiculous that Raimi portrayed this kind of behavior occurring in a college classroom to begin with.

But to be fair I was a ****er at college too But there was no class rooms, it was construction college. I was doing bricklaying and sometimes I'd throw some sand or muck over the wall into the painting and decorating section. T'was funny.

To be fair, there are a-holes in college classes. People fart, people look at porn on their laptop, people text, people read newspapers, people draw/doodle, people even throw gum or annoy people near them. They are in every college.
