(IF) Marvel get Spider-Man for a trilogy of movies then the movie is absolutely going to be called;

That would suck for Sony seeing as they would be footing the lion's share of the bill but in this instance, MARVEL, rather than SPIDER-MAN would be the attraction and if the distributors and marketers have any sense (debatable) that is exactly how they will push the movie (from the makers of Avengers and Guardians).
