He should be a flickr guy :b
Show him working with raspberry pi's and ****
Working on a raspberry pi is more like him, but... he isn't a computer geek. Idk how to put it... it's like I can see him as a computer geek, but it just doesn't seem to fit his character. (Not his character as in his personality, but his ACTUAL character. It's just not what you think of when you think Peter Parker)
That's an interesting question. What kind of geek should Pete be?
I'm thinking a fusion of past and modern nerds.
Well the whole geek/nerd culture has changed from the 60s, to what raimi did and now. Nerd isn't the shy loner outcasts these days much. Hopefully marvel does find a good way to do need and geek peter with out it being a characterture.
I want him to be one of those likable nerds. Not a smart-aleck that corrects every slight error you make.
I think Maguire pulled that off very well. The only problem was that he acted the same way as Spiderman.
Yeah that's what I think. The personality of Peter and Spidey was never really differentiated in the Raimi films.
Ya and with all we know from kevin he wants to do character rifht. Spidey humor, smart nerdy geek peter. I can't wait to see how it turns out.
How do you think Tom will differ his portrayal of Spidey from Tobey and Andrew?
Probably by being a Peter Parker more like Tobey's and a Spider-Man more like Andrew's. Not only that but I also believe Tom is going to bring some new elements to his portrayal.
I want him to be much different then andrew and tobey. Each had good any bad parts of their portrayal. I want tom to make role his own and fix misses last two series did on character.
Tobeys portrayal was know for being a great emotional and serious character.Andrews portrayal was know for being likeable and funny.
Toms will be known for being the definative Peter Parker/Spider-Man.
Andrew did the emotional stuff a lot better than Tobey IMO.
Well it's your opinion. Can't really say much about it, because it's yours.
Yeah , I thought it was the popular opinion. Is it not?
it isn't, I'd say it's more mixed.
Depends on who you ask, but I agree with the opinion nonetheless.
I def want to see tom spidey be fun loving, jokester, goofy ball. And can be serious when needed. And as for his oeter. I would say start with him a bit more shy and reverse. Love for science and all. And over time become more confident and brave and open.
with what we seen of tom on his social media pages. I am sure he will do the humor side of spidey and do well as the nerdy geekie side for peter and what not.
Props to whoever went through the Raimi Spidey movies just to capture Maguire's different facial expressions.
With Garfield being a better actor, he definitely handled the emotional side a lot better. Peter's reaction to [BLACKOUT]Gwen's death[/BLACKOUT] in TASM2 was heart-wrenching. Maguire's only advantage over Garfield was that he had good writing on his side.
I'm sure Tom will get the best of both worlds and deliver a great, geeky Peter Parker and obviously nail the quippy side to Spider-Man. He's had the chance to learn from Maguire's and Garfield's strengths and weaknesses.
I do hope so,spiderral!l
Tobey did it best! I hope Tom Holland can make it rain.
