BvS What Stylized Colour Scheme do you Want/Expect for Gotham City?

I am so happy with how Gotham will look.

Love it.

If the promo pic is any indication, I'd love for Gotham to be in perpetual climate misery. Even when it's daytime, it looks like dusk or cloudy. I wouldn't even mind if it was constantly raining ala Se7en.

If that's Gotham in the Superman picture which it probably is then that's great. That's how Gotham should look.

Some people have compared the background to either the dark knight rises posters or sin city, but I think that it reminds me of london in sweeny todd.

If that superman background is Gotham (and it really seems like it is), I'm liking it. Dreary and rainy is pretty much what I imagine. Something like this could be used as an extension of batman's characterization. It wouldn't be surprising if he had some battle scars to match those of the city he fights for.

I'm not sure where it's from, but it would be breath-taking in IMAX. Dynamic and evocative shots like that are what this movie needs.

I want Gotham to be Prague combined with the future city from Back to the Future (second one I think? Not sure) with England's weather.

Big, Gothic architecture with a mixture of Blade Runner
Rain
Chaotic; Ugly

That's how I would like to see Gotham.

I want it to look like something that could exist, while also looking like a unique entity, meaning no more "Gotham = Chicago".

I can't believe I never really noticed/gave any though to how much they downplayed Gotham's uniqueness between BB and TDK. I mean, I kinda noticed it with TDKR because they weren't doing it in Chicago anymore, but I just really never thought about it in regard to TDK until now.

I just watched the Gotham TV series and holy mother of god, that is how Gotham City should look. Absolute perfection.

Nolan already did the "Real city standing in for Gotham" thing, so I'm hoping Snyder is willing to move past the "realism" of MOS (Metropolis was pretty anonymous) and embrace STYLE. I hope he goes nuts with it, all Anime and crazy architecture. Like the "Batman: Gotham Knight" Gotham.

(This is the best pic I could find, but as seen in the movie it's way more glorious.)

Aside from wide city shots which are "easy" to fake with CG, I think we're a good 10-15 years away from a truly fabricated city to feel alive down on the street level.

Then why did Nolan shoot NY?

Also, Gotham feels pretty alive in the TV series. Felt that way in Begins too, despite it being a set.
