Sequels What villan do you think and hope will headline spider-man 4?

Like other people I am hoping that Eddie Brock becoming venom is the cliff hanger of SM3 and SM4 its venom and Lizard

When Spiderman 4 comes around hopefully we will see one of these four classic badguys.

The Lizard, Mysterio, Scorpion or maybe Kraven.

I would like to see Chameleon since he was the first supervillain to appear back in Amazing Spiderman 1 and this could be the way to bring in Kraven aswell.

Those who want Venom should maybe hope for a final 10 to 15 min battle at the start so us classic badguy supporters can see one of the above.

The Lizard and Mysterio are who I'm rooting for but I'll be fine with whoever they pick.

I think that it all depends on what happens in 3, but i'd like to see venom and carnage in the next film. Although the certificate would go up because of the violence that would sure to be involved but it could have the ultimate acton scenes. Please share your most valued opinions.

Well if the cliffhanger villain at the end of SM3 is Venom, then I guess we'd have to see Venom in the forth movie.

Well for SM4: as many have said already Lizard and Kraven, with Chameleon actin in the shadows. Maybe somewhat loosly based off of Kraven's Last Hunt. Though I dont know how well that would really translate, seeing as Kraven hasent fought against Spidey before in the movies(besides the movie game on x-box if thats in continuity), so he doesnt really have a vendetta I guess.

I agree that Lizard needs to appear as a villan by SM4. He has already been astablished in SM2 and needs to be explored further in the future rather than just leaving him as a loose end. Though I'm not quite sure he would make for a good "main" villan. Possibly a freak accident that happens and SM has to deal with him...but then like you said-have lizard end up fighting with the main villan and peter would have the hard task of confronting Lizard after he learns that he is Dr. Connors.

Scorpion in a sandman like role, with seeds for Carnage planted. use the ultimate carnage for the seeds, since it seems that is what they are doing for venom. maybe have lizard in there too, but im not very fond of him. Scorpion as the headliner. although i'd love more venom.

If venom has only a small roll in SM3, then I think he will definitley be in SM4 as the main villan. But if he is given a larger roll in SM 3 (which I'm affraid they might try to do to wrap things up), then I think it would be questionable as to him being in SM4. Don't get me wrong...I want venom to be in the next SM films, but only as a main villan...he should get his own film, not have to share screen time with Sandman. I do hope that he is at least in SM3, even if its briefly at the end of the movie. Even if he does have a larger role in SM3, I hope they leave things open for him to return, and not kill him off. Even if I have to wait untill SM4 to see Venom take center stage...I would rather wait then see too many huge villans crammed into one film.

If raimi does it expect classic villains from the 60s...

such as Vulture, and Electro (who was actually rumored...) and the Lizard especailly cause they have Dylan Baker and he is a classic vilain that Raimi loves.
