I guarantee "You've changed things..." is in the actual movie during the interrogation scene. It just makes way too much... Not including it would be incredibly stupid, IMO, because it's awesome stuff, too.

I didn't say it wouldn't be - I was saying that it wouldn't be exactly as presented in the trailer.

i've said this time and time again: there's no way nolan would give away pivotal plot points in a trailer. i really doubt rachel will die from the joker throwing her off a building. it's a horrible, yet easy, way to get rid of that character. also dent's face in that chemical probably isn't how he's scarred. why have maroni and his goon in the movie if they aren't the one's scarring dent?

its all speculation right now. i doubt anyone knows unless they are part of teh production. you can't claim that we know for a fact that these two events will occur nor that they will occur in those ways.

edit: i'm not knocking anyone's imagination of how they think it will be; i'm just saying we can't claim fact based on imagination.

Oh, I don't think the scene is in the trailer at all. I think that, and Rachel falling, as you mentioned, are totally out of context in the trailer, and those particular scenes will turn out much different than we are speculating based on the trailer alone.

If the leaked pic of Two Face is indeed genuine, the injury looks much more consistent with when he is seen lying in the gasoline in the trailer, as opposed to being squirted with acid in a courtroom scene.

Maybe it is when he gets scarred and it's around an hour and 15 minutes in and he's in the film as Two Face for a good portion.. So it isn't one of the most pivotal plot points. Maybe you can tell it's coming.

Why I believe Harvey Dent is scarred by acid during Salvatore Maroni's trial: An essay

I am well aware of the two scenes in the trailer that make it appear that Harvey Dent is possibly scarred by gasoline/fire. However, I do not believe this will be the case, for several reasons.

numero one: The casting sides (part 1). Based on the prologue alone, as well as from some spy reports, it seems that the casting sides (which are most likely from an early draft of the script) seem to be a fairly accurate description of the scenes we will see in TDK. There is one side in particular that seems to be the build up of Dent's scarring.

number duos: the casting sides (part 2). All of the casting that correlates to this scene was made. We have Dent, we have Maroni, Al Rossi, the Gotham Judge, and Court Bailiff.

three: Based on spy reports, we know that there is indeed a courtroom scene in TDK. It has been confirmed to me that it is indeed Maroni's trial, and 5 of his henchmen will be present in the audience, with "crazy scars" on their faces. The scene was also described to me as "chaotic." I don't know what else it would be other that Dent being scarred.

number 4: Interviews. I am too lazy to find them right now, but Eric Roberts has said in an interview that they are basically sticking with the comics in terms of Dent's scarring. Aaron Eckhart has also stated numerous times that Dent is scarred by acid.

He might kill someone, IIRC, Joker does say "and tonight, you're gonna break your one rule."

I am definitely an opponent of the Joker/Two Face both having major screen time as villains in TDK. The Joker is too important a villain to have him share screen times with anyone, and I mean anyone. He should totally have this movie by himself and have Two Face and Catwoman (crosses fingers) in Batman: Duality (crosses fingers again).
