The Dark Knight What Will TDK's Rating / Certificate Be?

We all know that Nolan wants to take a different approach in TDK. A more "darker" film. But will this different approach still give the film a PG-13 rating? I was going through iFilm today and I came across this video of the joker. I really liked the way that the actor portrayed him in that clip. He was more "evil" and "darker". That is the way I want the joker. I really enjoyed the clip. =] So do you think the film will be given a "R" rating if they choose to go with that sense of behavior?

This board seemingly has a lot of sickos who would gladly lobby for an "R" rating only to see the Joker rape Rachel and perhaps kill about 3/4 of the TDK cast in the film.
