Doom has always been one of the most dated & pointless villains around to me. See, I’m used too the villain making the hero(s) seem even greater. Doom is just a windbag that Marvel should have killed off a long time ago. Doom stealing SS's power cosmic seemed like the silliest thing ever. I always thought, "They’re really trying to amp this metal dude up, too bad he looks like a fool".

I say take him out of the armor for at least a year or two build up and modernize the character & make him into a top level villain. Otherwise, doom to me always seemed like that jerk you work with or the crazy power hungry boss at your wife's job. And, you make more money then him and your wife won't leave the damn job, because she’s working with kids, and all. Drama!

He's more of a Mole Man level villain then world super power and the F4 version of the menacing Green Goblin’s. Doom just does nothing most of the time besides sitting around and boast about nothing.

Doom’s new name, “Boss Man” the ever annoying.

Ben struggling with Doom and Ben being just plain too stubborn to realize how badly Doom outpowers him . . . and Ben ultimately wins.

i guess i dont know as much about the FF and Doom as i thought i did, but how does Doom outpower Ben in a fight? i know Doom is way smarter, but iv always had the impression that in a 1 on 1 melee like the first movie that Ben would own him

In the comics Doom is so smart, has so many gimmicks and gizmos.... and has so many back door plans up his sleeve that you never know if you've won even if you appear to have beaten him.

The ONLY thing that would get me to yell 'HELL YEAH' in the theatre is if we get a independence day-style shot of Galactus' ship entering earths atmosphere, followed by a closeup shot of Galactus viewing earth aboard his ship. That and only that would make me want to watch the movie for a month straight in the theatres. (okay maybe on a whole MONTH).

the surfer, a mere flip of surfers hand hurtles Ben Away and The Surfer states: My galaxy spanning board and I are one, it is not for the likes of you. A mere 20 second sequence and the Surfer has let it be known he out classes ALL of the FF with no effort expended.
