Going all out and creating an epicurean masterpiece, or is it just football and leftover Domino's Pizza? The fam has a potluck deal going on this year, so I have to bring something over to the grandparent's place.

Bam.

Hopefully it comes out like this.

There's a few classic staples for Thanksgiving every year, where my family is concerned...

1) The turkey. I personally don't eat it much, but my mother and sister both love it. I'd rather eat fried chicken or fish from Long John Silver's.

2) Sweet potatoes. I pepare them myself, with butter, some cinnamon, and melted marshmallows on top. :)

3) Stuffing, either turkey or chicken-flavored (depending on the main course).

4) Jellied Cranberry Sauce (my mother's "Achilles' heel").

5) Deviled eggs, with just a touch of paprika (or cheyenne pepper, for the somewhat prankish).

6)Mashed potatoes with white pepper gravy. Need I say more?

I'm going to the casino for thanksgiving.

I'm going to Ohio with my roommate, we are going to be having Thanksgiving with his family.

Homemade cranberry sauce/relish is super easy to make, and is way better then the canned kind.

Probably Korean food. We rarely do turkey, mashed potatoes, etc.:o

Hooking up that bulgogi smothered in kimchi, huh? :o That's right, I know about it.

Like most holidays, I'll probably avoid all contact with the outside world and hole up in my bedroom with the laptop, tv and comic books. I really feel uncomfortable on holidays.

I am going to my Silent Bob's and we'll have turkey and trimmings, and play Rockband until we puke

Turkey breast, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, two kinds of stuffing (a crispier, homemade variety and, of course, warm and soft Stove Top), mashed yams (which are actually mashed sweet potatoes), cranberry bread, canned cranberry sauce (it's the best) and pumpkin pie for desert.

I'm having dinner at a bistro this year, so probably rabbit and escargot...

Canadian Thanksgiving has already gone by, had lots o' turkey, stuffing, gravy, and all the fixins.

Turkey, dressing (it's not called stuffing if it's not in the turkey), cranberries, rolls, a green veggie, homemade pie, and....

Yeah, half my family is on these super-diets. I have no idea what Thanksgiving dinner will be like. Protein shakes? :csad:

The man knows the truth, I kid you not. All you need is some rice, and it's all good. Are you still dating that Korean girl?

The thing is, do you eat bulgogi with a fork, chopsticks... or wrapped in a lettuce leaf? And what else can you wrap in a lettuce leaf and eat? :o

Chopsticks, of course. Only the noobies use forks. I prefer putting it in lettuce, on top of some rice, any kind of kimchi, some hot paste, and whatever side dish is on the table, but it's cool if it is just rice and bulgogi. I like the spicy pork bulgogi, though. I don't like eating the beef bulgogi unless it is mixed in some bibimbop.

:o

I ate Thanksgiving dinner with chopsticks two years ago in honor of Pat Morita.
