If that means anything other than "you're right", you're gravely mistaken. :o

Also, Aliens.

I did not prefer the Director's Cut.

Had a classic B movie viewing over the last couple of days

Missing In Action

Braddocks got to be one of Chucks classic characters. We were in the thick of the "We've got POW's In Nam so lets bring 'em home" era of action films in the mid 80's. It looks pretty decent for a Cannon film.

Chuck rising out of the water with the M60 was epic.

Not sure if I like this or MIA more. MIA looks better and has a broader story and more diverse locations but MIA II has a really strong story dealing with Braddock's time in a POW camp. I think Norris turns in some good acting here. I really liked the group of characters in this too. Col Yin is an entertaining villain. Its a little more cheesy than MIA but all these movies have their fair level of cheese. Brian May blatantly recycles part of his score from The Road Warrior ;D

For a film made during Cannons dying days I was VERY impressed with the opening during the fall of Saigon. How could Braddock even BE at the fall of Saigon in 1975? Yeah I know there's the MST3K advice on movies but the continuity problems in this movie bugged me. Did this movie start its life as an unrelated movie then get rewritten as an MIA sequel? Knowing Cannon it was probably just a big mistake that nobody cared about. Besides that its still a fun movie. I didn't think it was as solid as the first two in some areas but I still enjoyed it. For it being his first movie Aaron Norris shoots some good stuff.

Surprisingly good for a film with a 70k budget. Not mind-blowing and there is some subpar acting but still creepy and effective. 3/5

Gilda 5/10
Wrath of the Titans 7/10

Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story: 4/5

I love comedy's that take a joke at things and this was just great work. I laughed quite a bit. The music was also surprisingly good.

I don't get all the hate this movie receives.

I'm a huge horror fan, and a picky one at that. With that being said, I feel that most of the horror films this past decade have sucked balls.

I'm not saying Insidious is a great horror film, but it's definitely better than **** like the Paranormal films and all the Saw sequels.

The movie lost me when the ghosts hunters appeared. Some parts in the first half were done quite well with reveals of the ghosts, but when they showed them fully including the darth mual looking demon, I couldnt help but be taken out from the tense atmosphere the first half created.

Dracula: Dead and Loving It

Is that Billy Zane? lol

The Hitcher... again. Man this movie is so awesome, Genuinely tense and creepy, which is helped by the amazing score and barren, nihilistic landscapes. Hauer as John Ryder is the most terrifying screen villain ever. One of my favourite car chases. One of my favourite endings. Just the perfect thriller. Don't watch it if you're about to go on a long drive across the country though! ;)

Serenity. Much better then I remembered my first go round. But not as good as I hoped it would be with a second viewing.
