aw, i thought that film was quite funny.

last film i watched was crazyheart, which was , i suppose, predictable fare storywise, but was elevated by the fact of i was wathcing it on a big telly, and maybe a bit by jeff bridges oscar winning acting, which i really enjoyed.
It took me back a bit and reminded me of what it was like to be a functioning alcoholic while trying to keep it togther to play live music in a band on a regular basis, which, like this movie, can be funny at times, but very depressing at others.
