Erasing his historical achievements is a knee jerk, cover our ass, "we don't condone that sort of thing" move. It'll be a while, but it'll blow over and Hogan or at least his accomplishments and video library will be back. WWE has a man on the payroll who was convicted of domestic abuse. They're, for the most part, forgive and forget.

Hogan is such an idiot. I kind of hope South Park makes fun of him for this.

Who?

I can understand why WWE did it, but Hogan said those things 8 years ago in a private conversation. He wasn't even with the WWE back then. The whole situation just sucks and I'm heartbroken Hogan used that word maliciously.

At least this confirms he wouldn't have done the job to Booker in their proposed WCW Champion Vs. WCW Champion match that Russo had planned at Halloween Havoc 2000 if the Bash At The Beach 2000 angle had worked out. :(

I can't tell if this is a parody or not.

Being that I'm from a southern American state I don't feel it's necessary to go there. This is on Hogan, nobody else.

I'm from Durham, NC and went to college in Chapel Hill, NC. No matter what the reality of most southern cities/states is, people are going to continue to assume everyone in the south is racist because that's the narrative right now.

Booker told him he was coming for him. Well, he finally got 'em.

Anyone have Brooks number?

It's not. You should know I'm one of the biggest Hulkamaniacs out there despite my disagreement with him on not putting some talent over in the past.

yes but i dont see you as a pompous meathead who has a power and ego complex

and ive been to florida a bunch of times and im sad to say that yeah while a good majority of people are decent there is a lot that really got nasty when they heard the northern irish accent for a bunch of reasons

So this Hogan situation, I'm guessing the use of the N word was not from the radio show with Whoo Kid? As I heard that and he was talking to a black guy about how black friends called him that word.

I'm neither for or against Hogan being fired, I will defer to the company's decision. They shouldn't take down all his historical information though; it's not like he murdered his family.

It would be a bit awkward for me to take the "he must be fired" stance, because I am almost certain if every WWE superstar who ever used the f-word, for instance, in a derogatory way against gays, was to be immediately terminated, the entire roster would be 3-4 guys and the divas division.

There'd probably be a few Divas ejected as well.

That radio interview wasn't the issue.

I'm from Florida, and the only time I get perturbed is when people ONLY speak Spanish when I'm obviously white as all hell and don't speak a lick. THAT **** is irritating to no end. If you're in a primarily English speaking country then you should speak English, if I were in a primarily Spanish speaking country then I would at least make an effort to speak the language.

And yet my manager calls me racist.

I bet the WWE2K16 game will be delayed so they can removed Hogan

Yeah, Wheels hooked me up with a link to what he'd said. They reckon we reveal our truest selves when we think no one is watching, Hogan just revealed an ugliness that no amount of apologies and excuses can cover.

First the jailhouse phone call then the sex tape now this. The Hulkster can't get a break.

Now that you're in the business, for some reason the first thought I had was that you meant wrestling manager, like Freddy Blassie, as opposed to your manager to your regular job. :funny:

Yeah, well forgive me for not giving a **** whether a racist POS gets a break or not.

What jailhouse phone call?

yeah when his son nick was in a car crash and ruined another guys life, hogan was taped saying this can spin this, make nick look like the victim and get a big money show about his time inside

I kinda feel the same way. I'm bisexual and in spite of Jim Hellwig's comments years ago about "queering", I still consider myself a fan of the Ultimate Warrior. Not so much Hellwig. Who btw was welcomed back into WWE and inducted into the HoF.

I suspect that if his ******* criminal son Nick was dating a black woman, Hulk wouldn't be using language like that. Typical racist double standard.
