We are coming to season 4 and I don't see Harvey Dent appearing in The Batman I mean I can live with it's crappy design some stories are cool but you got to have Dent he's important much as Joker, Robin, Catwoman, Gordon and Alfred etc…

So will he show up in TB?

I don't think he will most likely because of the bat embargo
they couldn't use scarecrow because he was going to be in the movie.

i hope so, i curious on the spin they do him. if theyll have the joker burn him and turn him into two face, like the rumor origin in the new batman movie.

I doubt that. They already had Joker responsible for Ethan Bennet/Clayface. I don't believe they would have him doing that a second time.
Kpjoon, where did you get this idea of an embargo? Source, please.

Could the "Bat embargo" have anything to do with why Catwoman seems to be completely absent from season 4 of TB? Selina Kyle in "The Dark Knight" anyone?

well with detective bennet, they have kinda covered the whole 'close friend becomes villain' angle...

If they do bring Dent in, hopefully they make him insane to the point that younger children will become frightend or suicidal watching his antics as Two-Face. He should be shown to be the msot violent of Batman's foes as well as the most quick to explode things.

Well, that's just it. They won't do that. That's likely why he won't be in it, he's just too damn scary for the kids. No embargo.

Why would he be considered any scarier than Black Mask?

Basically, because of THE BATMAN and BATMAN BEGINS, later episodes of the JUSTICE LEAGUE cartoon were unable to use any Batman characters aside from Batman himself - no Robin, no Nightwing, no Joker, no nothing. With two seperate cartoons and a movie, they didn't want people to confuse the franchises.

I'm not sure if it applies to any certain characters for THE BATMAN.
