Where's Scarecrow?

Scarcrow is one of my favorite Batman villians. So where is he? I've also noticed there's no Two-Face either. What gives?

They haven't been introduced yet.
9/10, Two-Face will not be introduced at all in The Batman.

Yeah, I think Scarecrow will come off as too sadistic for The Batman.
Before anyone says "It worked for Batman: TAS", that was because that show was aimed for everyone, and not just the kids, like The Batman is.

I think that the producers are not using either of the characters because of the the recent films, especially since Scarecrow was in Begins. Twoface is basically going to appear in the next film and so that is probably the reason why they are not using him.

Now before anyone says "yeah, well... they used the Joker and he's in the next film too"; it is a safe bet that the producers could not ave left out the clown prince of crime from the show, he is too big a part of the mythos.

This is only my speculation though, I could be wrong. It just seems that the whole embargo thing with the DCU also applies to the films too.

You're probably right. That's probably why they haven't used Ra's Al Ghul either.

You're probably right. That's probably why they haven't used Ra's Al Ghul either.

He was supposed to be in the new Superman series set in The Batman/Teen Titans universe.

God knows what happened to the new Superman TAS, especially since LOSH is on the air.

whats embargo?

An embargo, for a TV show, is sorta when something is prohibited to be shown due to it also appearing in something else.

When JLU was on the air, they had a Bat-Embargo because of Batman Begins and The Batman. No Batman characters (except piece of s*** characters like Copperhead ) were used. It ruined some of it for me, especially by not having Scarecrow and Riddler in the LOD. There was an Aquaman embargo as well for JLU, because of the failed (waste of time) new WB series.

I never thought that The Batman had an embargo on it, but I could be wrong.

I was thinkin the same thing just the other day, i would really like to see both scarecrow in the batman but as others have stated it prob isnt gonna happen due to the films.

I don't believe there's a embargo. It could just be that the producers might think that Scarecrow and especially Two Face are perhaps too scary for the kids.
