Brad Pitt and or Tom Cruise would be other actors who I could definitely see in the DC Cinematic Universe either as heroes or as villains, hey if Marvel could get Redford to be in Cap 2 then why not Cruise or Pitt for DC?

I really have no actual casting ideas as far as actor to character. But I would love to see John Glover again. He played Lionel Luthor, the over the top Dr. Jason Woodrue and voiced The Riddler. And I swear DC offers some sorta security to actors, he's been in a DC movie, animated series and television series. Same can be said of several other actors. Or maybe I am digging too much into this.

Nah, there's an actor in MoS who says "yeah, that's Joe. He's a good worker" to Lois Lane when she's searching for Clark. That same guy also appeared in two Smallville episodes as two different characters (once in season 3 & then again in season 6).

So you might be on to something there.

Other actors DC Comics should recruit in terms of legendary status are De Niro and or Pacino, could you imagine either one of them in a DC Comics film? If Marvel could have legendary actors such as Samuel L. Jackson, Robert Redford, etc. then DC could get De Niro or Pacino as a way to one-up them
