Which actors should WB/DC recruit?

Andrew Garfield for either Blue Beetle/Ted Kord or Wally West/The Flash.

I think he would make a terrific Wally West, but he and Grant Gustin look too similar to have both actors taking on the same mantle. Plus, it would seem like an even bigger snub for Gustin, who already lost the role to Ezra Miller.

Andrew Garfield and Grant Gustin look NOTHING alike. They both have brown hair, that's it.

Anyway, I'd love to see DC give Jessica Chastain a good role to work with.

I especially like the idea of introducing Detective John Jones before Martian Manhunter.

Realistically, MM could have been on Earth during the events of MOS. With MM's abilities, he would easily be able to blend into society. He could even be a low profile superhero already, helping in disguise wherever he is needed..
or J'onn could already be imprisoned by Amanda Waller...

It's disappointing that MM isn't part of the main JL lineup, but come on, he clearly needs to be introduced at some point. We're getting 10+ DC movies. They've introduced El Diablo and Slipknot already, I think they should get around to introducing MM fairly soon.

I really like the idea of Det. Jones helping Flash out as a human sidekick in the first film, ending with a teaser/post credit scene mimicking the panels from New Frontier of him as a Martian mimicking what he sees on TV. The audience wouldn't know what to make of it.

Then, in a sequel, I'm sure a screenwriter can think of something great to do with the two psychic powersets of Gorilla Grodd & Martian Manhunter.

No. I can assure you this will be as "realistic" as anything with fantasy characters and there will likely also be resurrections and deus machinas and other CBM trope. And I highly doubt any character will die in their own film. Even Nolan wasn't going to kill off Batman in Rises.
