Which actors should WB/DC recruit?

Yeah, Evans would have made an epic Batman. Maybe he could play a villain? He actually played a great bag guy in Fast & Furious 6 (and was pretty much the ONLY good thing about that movie). He's got the right look for Vandal Savage, though I'm guessing they won't use that character any time soon since he's in that Legends of Tomorrow show. Maybe Ares?

But for a more left-field choice, I'd go with Hugh Jackman. I feel that hiring a more likeable actor not typically cast as villains would be beneficial for the character, since he starts out as an ally. Plus I want to see Hugh as a villain in a movie that doesn't suck ass.

Both are good choices, though my favorite for Sinestro is Toby Stephens (Black Sails). He's capable of being both charming and downright vicious. Plus, he looks super evil with a goatee, haha.

Also, if they go younger for Hal Jordan, how about Chris Zylka (The Leftovers)? Very good young actor with the right look for a superhero. Was a favorite of mine for Barry Allen before Ezra was cast.

As who though? I always thought Damon would make a killer Guy Gardner, but I don't see Guy as a lead role and I don't think Damon would play a supporting character unless its a small cameo type thing like he did in Interstellar.

I say snatch up as many Marvel Cinematic U. actors as they can once their contracts expire, just to mess with Marvel fans and general audiences. Get RDJ to be Toyman, Chris Evans as G. Gordon Godfrey, Chris Hemsworth as... Orion of New Genesis I guess since I can't pin down any good DC villains for him right now, and so on and so forth.
