A truly great shot. Doesn't beat Batman overlooking Gotham in TDKR IMO though.

I prefer the BB shot because it's longer and has the "duuuuuum duuuuuuum" theme music building in the background.
I definitely didn't care for the way TDKR shot was placed. It has no continuity with anything going on before or after. I really don't think it belongs where it is. Still, that aside, I thought that shot was breathtaking in IMAX.
We see Bruce leave Miranda and go to the suit, cutting to the aerial shot of Batman on the bridge. It had continuity, as much as a Batman appearance can have.

I love that little scene right before it when Gordon realizes who he is dealing with. Love that cop's response to him.
Gordon: "We'll never tie him to it anyway."
Cop: "I wouldn't be too sure of that."

Maybe the greatest moment in the trilogy.
It was odd. I thought they shot him climbing it too. Its odd that he is wanted by the Feds and he is out climbing bridges and perching on top for everyone to see. Plus the shot is extremely short. IDK it felt truncated and out of place.I definitely didn't care for the way TDKR shot was placed. It has no continuity with anything going on before or after.
